Assist with selection and procurement of needed materials, schedule speakers and volunteers, develop curriculum/ study materials, and handle other administrative details.Oversee the development and implementation of programs that connect with our children, youth, and young adults.Oversee and provide leadership, support, and coordination of activities for the Assistant Directors and equip them to lead in various areas within the ministry.Manage the Daily Activities of the Next Gen Ministry Further the spiritual growth and development of Assistant Directors assigned to Next Gen programs.
Perform various pastoral duties including sermons, counseling, officiating weddings, and funerals.Lead and / or oversee Bible studies, Life Groups, mission trips, outreach events, conferences, camps, and other ministry activities.Experience in Biblical teaching and preaching in a pastoral role and demonstrated wisdom and discernment in providing high quality pastoral care, ministerial counsel and spiritual guidance.We believe we have been placed in this large and growing community of Montgomery Texas to Reach, Teach, and Disciple and we need your help, expertise, and faith filled leadership to serve the Kids, Youth and Young Adults associated with our Next Gen Ministries.
